They are proud of:

“Hip Hop”; because America produces many hip hop songs and launch into the world.

“Equality”; America has many people and different races. But there are no racial discrimination and sex discrimination. American people have egalitarianism.

They are not proud of:

“George Bush”; he is not peaceful.

�A Are there any responses you do not think are true?

♪Mafia and Crime. They are not only America but also whole world. But Miami is terrible, they said.

♪Person. Ichiro and Columbus are not American. But they are connected with America.

♪Shorts. Because shorts is not wore any of the American.

�B What else do you think we should know about your country?

☆Many Americans have Japanese car. Japanese car last longer than American car. American car is usually strong but crash and bump.

☆John. F. Kennedy is very famous. He was young president but he was shot by a person. So, he is famous for killed.

☆CIA and FBI are not peace.

☆American media is so big. They have a lot of channels. They announce dairy news (murder, robber, and any troubles…). It is so statistics.

☆Having a house and living with family was American dream before. But American dream changes now.

2. Ask my guest what her/his images of Japan were before she/he came to this country.

・Why do Japanese people think USA image is potato? It is fried potato, not potato!

・In Japan, the price of video games and CD is too expensive! The price in USA is cheaper than Japan. Why?

・In campus, why do Japanese students wear formal shoes?  Why do you change your shoes?
