a)I think these ploblems with comparing two culture.I think other choices
are very different from my thought.Also,I think other choices are too rude
and ununseemly.

<The shabby guiter player> I choose 2.
Because I dont'know the man, and he wear a shabby clothes ,so I will be scared and feel bad. I think "Uncertainty Avoidance" influenced my answer.Because,I feel threatened by the unknown man.
<A welcome at the ailport> I choose 1. Because in this situation I am headed to a formal business meeting. So I might be image the person whom will have meeting with me to be a man,wearing a formal suit. So I think the woman must be a secretary! But I don't know any of the dimenshons influenced my answer.
�AWhat would you do？  <The returning Athlete> I choose 3. Because the athlete took part in Olympic! That is a great achievement,so I want to celebrate him/her. I think "Short-term orientation" influenced my answer. Because in this situation I respect for past occurrence.

What would you do? The Returning Athlete; My answer is 4 because the important thing is not a results but to make efforts. He/She could take part in the Olympic Games because of his/her huge efforts. If you say the results is more impotant than efforts, can you win the game instead of him/her?

A Virtual Contact; My answer is 1 because contacting by the phone, he/she doesn't have enough time to think what should we talk while we are talking. So letter or e-mail is better. Moreover, I need to contact with him/her as a ambassador of my company. I must contact with him/her by myself, not secretary, and rudeness is too bad.

How would you feel?  The Shabby Guitar Player; My answers are 5and 6 because I thought this story is the teaching taht we never judge the person from appearance. So he must be a great guitar player,but the clothes are unsuitable.    

A Welcome at the Airport; My answers are 1 and 3 because I usually think small jobs around the head are done by a secretary. so she must be a secretary. the appearance doesn't matter. Some people think business suit is the formal appearance, but think globally, there must be some people who don't think so.
